Post stamps of North Ingria

The Governing Council of North Ingria with the permission of the Ministry of Transport and Public Works and the Post Office has issued its own original post stamps with values of 5, 10, 25, 50 pennies and of 1, 5 and 10 markkas. These stamps can be used in a postal connection from Northern Ingria to Finland. With the passage of time those post stamps will have a great historical value, because today its intended to have an inspiring effect at the national level, as well as support for the financially very heavy activities of the Governing Council.
