In 1949, in the Petrozavodsk Central Park of Culture and Leisure according to a project by architect Marina Starchenko was completed from wood a Summer Cinema in the National Romantic style.

The building burned in the 1970s. Surviving brick part – projection room – still exist but is in a derelict condition.
