From the Soviet Information Agency Evening, September 16th 1941

Our troops took back the Rahmaasaari Island in the Ladoga Lake. In the battle for the island about 800 Finnish soldiers and officers were killed, 4 enemy patrol boats and 2 motor-launches were sunk. The remnants of the garrison are captured.
