Hello Sattuma! Greetings from Kaleva Lodge in Lancaster! Thanks once again for the great performance that you gave on the 17/11/2006! We at Kaleva Lodge as well as all of our guests that evening have wonderful musical memories still floating in our heads. hey... it was great meeting you guys!!! It was also so fun to hang out and play with you all!!! I really hope that you guys are going to be coming back up here in another year or two. I'm sure that I will know a few more of your songs by then (well for the fact that I already know a couple more from your new CD that I just bought when you played Saturday)... Wow, these pictures are very nice! I have never seen any like them before! Eila is a nice friend and the greatest person to talk to)) I had never supposed to meet anyone like her. I've seen you guys 3 times now (1 at an International Center in St. Paul, and twice at the Finn Grand Fest in Marquette, Michigan), and I think you guys are awesome. All 3 performances were incredible, and it really moved me to hear some great folk music that came from the region my Great-Grandma was born, near Karelia, Finland. I was able to spend Christmas of 2004 in Nurmes and Kuopio, Finland, and it was a wonderful place to be with family. I wanted to visit Russia too, but we ran out of time. Hopefully next time I'll be able to make it there. Anyway, I just wanted to Thank You guys for allowing me to hear some great folk music, and I hope you guys can make it back to Minnesota sometime (I would definitely attend wherever you guys perform). Just as a sidenote, I loved all the songs you guys played, but my favorite is Aiti (and Saunapolkka). Thanks again. Peace, Dane S.

My sister, brother and I saw you at three different events at FinnGrandFest in Marquette and enjoyed your music and the energy and personality you all put into it. Our mother's maiden name is Rinne, so we felt a special connection, even though my grandfather was from Rovaniemi rather than Karelia.
