The Finnish White Guards simultaneously advancing to Rugozero Village and Porosozero Village. Reboly Village is captured, advancing to Rugozero Village, will capture the telegraph, mail of all Karelia soon. Purpose is to join Karelia to Finland. We have taken steps: manifestos are sending, representatives of Soviet are seconding to Karelia. Karelians are asking from the provincial Soviet send immediately the Red Army, send weaponry to Maselgskaya and Parandova, take diplomatic actions and ask of Murmanskstroika^* to provide help and support to the Soviet power.
