Born in Moscow in 1968. Graduated from the Historical Department of the Moscow State University, defended Candidate`s thesis in April 2002. Author of the articles on History of the Soviet-Finnish War, which were published in the "War History Journal", "Rodina" magazine, in the Russian and foreign press.
