Resolution of the Bureau of the Central Committee of Communist Party (b) of the KFSSR "About partial changes in resolution of the Bureau of the Central Committee of CP(b) and Council of Ministers of the KFSSR issued on December 1, 1949"

Bureau of the Central Committee of CP (b) of the Karelian-Finnish SSR decrees:

1. To cancel article 2 of the "About recruiting in 1950 of 8 000 Ingermanlands families in addition to already recruited stuff in timber industry” resolution of the Bureau of the Central Committee of CP(b) and Council of Ministers of the KFSSR issued on December,1, 1949. Further organized re-allocation of Ingermanlands in republic has to be ceased.

2. Minister of timber and paper industry, minister of agricultural sector and minister of sovkhoz (state owned farms) of the KFSSR must immediately cease assigning already re-allocated Ingermanlands on works in frontier regions of the republic.

3. Basing on intra-departmental procedures of manpower assigning in 3 month period minister of sovkhoz and minister of timber and paper industry of the KFSSR have to re-allocate already allocated Ingermanlands from frontier regions to inner ones. Those ministers together with Ministry of State Security of the KFSSR have to submit not later then May 10, 1950 in to the Council of Ministers of the KFSSR the plan of re-allocation already allocated Ingermanlands from frontier regions.
