Presidium of the All-Russian Central Executive Committee decides:

Abolish the Olonets Gubernia by adding its Vytegorsky and Lodeynopolsky uezds entirely to the Petrograd Gubernia, by adding the Povenetsky uezd and, temporarily, the volosts of the Pudozhsky uezd: Avdeevskaya, Vodlozerskaya, Kolovskaya, Korbozerskaya and Nigizhemskaya with the city of Pudozh to the Karelian Labor Commune. The volosts of the Pudozhsky uezd: Boyarskaya, Berezhno-Dubrovskaya, Krasnovskaya, Pochezerskaya, Karyakinskaya and Zakharovskaya to be added to the Kargopolsky uezd of the Vologda Gubernia.

Transferring of uezds to be completed by October 1, 1922 in the manner, established by the People's Commissariat of Internal Affairs.
