Decree of the All-Russian Central Executive Committee on the join to the Kemsky uezd of the Karelian Labor Commune the some volosts of the Onega uezd of the Arkhangelsk GuberniaPresidium of the All-Russian Central Executive Committee decides: The Sumsko-Posadskaya, Nyukhotskaya, Lapinskaya, Nadvoinitskaya and Kolezhemskaya volosts of the Onega uezd of the Arkhangelsk Gubernia shall be joined to the Kemsky uezd of the Karelian Labor Commune. Transferring and obtaining of volosts to be completed by May 15, 1923 in the manner, established by the People's Commissariat of Internal Affairs.
