According to the decision of the Senate from January, 28th has been entrusted to me the honor operate as the commander-in-chief of locally Defence Guards of Finland.

I have appointed the following staff officers:

Chief of Staff: colonel Martin Wetzer,
Quartermaster General: cavalry captain Hannes Ignatius,
General on duty: colonel Valter Holmberg,
Artillery Inspector: colonel Gustaf Adolf v.Rehausen,
General-Intendant: lieutenant Aimo Hallberg,
Chief of military traffic management: director B.F.Löhman.
