People of Karelia, the men of White Sea and Olonets regions!

Do you remember the old days of your fathers and mothers, those long-gone days?

There were no collective farms, no forced labour, no need to listen to the false foaming-at-the-mouth speeches of the commissars. Everyone had his own hut, his own fields, travelled to beautiful Finnish villages, prayed to the God and the Virgin Mary in his own chapel. There was bread, there was peace – the Karelian people lived freely in their own land.

Who has changed the times?

Who forced you to become collective farmers? Who orders you how many cubic metres per day you must log if you want not to die of hunger? Who burned chapels or turned them into Red corners? Who brought hunger and cold, forced labour and prison camps to the people of Karelia, and expelled your brothers and sisters from their native land?

Ruskies, communists, GPU officers and – most vile of all – commissars!

They took away a day from the White Sea region and chained the people of Karelia. Now they want to do the same with Finland. Now their troops are marching through your villages to destroy Finland.

But have you heard what happens to them there? Many go there, but few return. In the swamps and lakes of Finland there is Ruskies’ blood!

It is time for the people of Karelia to wake up, for the guys of White Sea and Olonets to rise up.

When we defeat the enemy together, the good fatherly times, freedom, bread and peace will return to Karelia.

What can we, the oppressed, do? Kill the security officer right now! That is what comes to your mind.

You are right. You can only do your work in the dark of night. Then you will not be seen by the security officer.

Cut telephone wires, chop down poles using an axe!

Set fire to the corners of the warehouses of the Red Army and warehouse fences!

Put a knife in the back of the security officer! Kill the Red Army horses!

Burn the bridges, rob the Red Army's convoys.

Long live free Karelia, long live the victory of the Karelian people over the Ruskies security officers!
