To approve the reqwests of the Supreme Soviet of the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic and the Supreme Soviet of the Karelian-Finnish Soviet Socialist Republic on determining the border between RSFSR and KFSSR (from West to East):
from the Gulf of Finland between islands Tiurinsaari and Koivisto, along the strait Koivistonsalmi to the settlement Tervahartiala as a part of the Karelian-Finnish SSR;
thence from the settlement Tervahartiala to the railway station Lähteenmäki as a part of the Karelian-Finnish SSR;
thence from the railway station Lähteenmäki to the settlement Lemminkylä as a part of the Leningrad Oblast of RSFSR;
thence border proceed from the settlement Lemminkylä over settlements Hörkkö ja Lähde as parts of the Karelian-Finnish SSR and goes to the railway station Leipäsuo as a part of the Leningrad Oblast of RSFSR;
thence from the railway station Leipäsuo to settlements Uuvellinen, Oinala, Hotakka ja Mutaranta as parts of the Leningrad Oblast of RSFSR;
thence from the settlement Mutaranta border proceed over the middle of lake Äyräpäänjärvi to the settlement Salmi as a part of the Karelian-Finnish SSR;
thence from the settlement Salmi border proceed along the river Salmenkaitajoki as far as its junction with lake Vuoksijärvi and thence over the middle of lake Vuoksijärvi;
thence over the isthmus between lakes Vuoksi and Suvanto, giving up the railway station Kiviniemi as parts of the Karelian-Finnish SSR;
thence the border proceed over the midle of lake Suvanto and thereafter along river Taipaleenjoki to the settlement Lyylälä on the West bank of lake Ladoga, giving up the settlement Lyylälä as parts of the Karelian-Finnish SSR;
thence from the settlement Lyylälä border proceed to East over the lake Ladoga to the settlement Gumbaritsan and thereafter along the exists border between the Karelian-Finnish SSR and the Leningrad, Vologda and Murmansk Oblasts of RSFSR.
