Union of Soviet Socialist Republics has placed itself outside the League of Nations

The Treaty of Friendship, Coöperation and Mutual Assistance between the Republic of Finland and the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics of 6 April 1948, extended in accordance with the Protocols between the Republic of Finland and the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics of 19 September 1955 and 20 July 1970, 6 shall remain in force for a period of 20 years from the date of the entry into force of this Protocol

The Treaty of friendship, coöperation and mutual assistance of 6 April 1948 between the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics and the Republic of Finland shall remain in force for a period of 20 years from the date of the entry into force of this Protocol

The provisions of article 8 concerning the term of the Treaty of Friendship, Coöperation and Mutual Assistance between the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics and the Republic of Finland signed at Moscow on 6 April 1948 shall be amended, and this Treaty shall remain in force for twenty years from the date of the entry into force of the present Protocol

Basing on intra-departmental procedures of manpower assigning in 3 month period minister of sovkhoz and minister of timber and paper industry of the KFSSR have to re-allocate already allocated Ingermanlands from frontier regions to inner ones

Notwithstanding the provisions concerning the time-limit and methods of expiry of the Treaty regarding non-aggression and the pacific settlement of disputes, concluded at Helsinki on January 21st, 1932, between Finland and the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, which provisions appear in Article 8 of the said Treaty, that Treaty shall remain in force until December 31st, 1945

The High Contracting Parties mutually guarantee the inviolability of the existing frontiers between the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics and the Republic of Finland, as fixed by the Treaty of Peace concluded at Dorpat on October 14th, 1920, which shall remain the firm foundation of their relations, and reciprocally undertake to refrain from any act of aggression directed against each other

With annexation of New Finland to Russian Empire and supposing that differences between Old and New Finland in naming as well as in governing are unnecessarily and not suitable for this province…
